Double-entry, enforced
Debits equal credits at both the database and the application layer. Posted entries are voided with a reason, never deleted.
Invoices and bills
Raise invoices, record payments, enter vendor bills, and watch receivables and payables age into buckets.
Bank import and reconciliation
OFX and QFX statements import with a rules engine that maps payees to accounts, then clear lines against the statement balance.
Reports that leave the building
Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow, with prior-period comparison, exported as CSV, ODS or PDF.
Built for non-profits too
Statement of Activities, functional expenses, a Form 990 summary export, and donor-restricted fund tracking.

Red Volta, LLC is led by co-founders Charles Tanzini and Trevor Nicholson, whose combined expertise spans deep technical engineering, cybersecurity, and technology business management.
